It’s really been an adventure and a huge struggle for me and my team to reach where we are today. We began as a small 2-man partnership just over 4 years ago and now we’ve become one of the top SEO marketers locally in Beijing and in the Asia-pacific.
I specialize in the SEO marketing business and as of today, we have handled hundreds of clients, from big firms.. to small shops on the street. It’s been really inspiring working with all our clients, most of which are from Beijing or Shanghai, while others are from overseas. Without them, we couldn’t be here today. Our clients are our teachers and always keeps us on our toes!
As our business grows and expands everyday, we have already started putting our roots in Beijing to start a company, and set up an office in the heart of Asia within 3 months. We want to give our clients more security and assurance that we will always be a genuine business, and deliver the most quality products.
Right now we have just over 10 staff, and each day we complete dozens of orders and tons of other specialized work for all our clients. It’s not all about the speed, it’s also about quality and how long our SEO work can last….. Months…years… even decades!
My job is to make sure my staff know exactly what they must do to deliver the best results, and also give the best satisfaction to all my clients!!

Mario was the first to join and has certainly made his mark in the company. Mario is our best web development programmer and has been in the field for over 5 years now. He joined the team in 2008 and has been working with us ever since. The bond and trust built over the years between us is a strong one, tough for anyone to break.
He has a strong passion for web developing and all kinds of programming work. These include specializing in languages such as PHP, Javascript, AJAX, HTML and CSS.
He does everything from scratch. Things like database structure, PHP coding to deployment are never the same a second time, it’s always unique and new. He is a hardworking and competent programmer that always exceeds expectations.
Currently he is the head programmer of Digitized Marketing, and an SEO programming expert. He makes sure that the coding he does will always be optimized and selected by all Search Engines. He also sees to it that other workers are meeting each and every clients’ standards and demands.

This girl is really an impressive one, with a mind the speed of lightning and works at the speed of sound. Elaine is an Article Marketing Expert and joined us back in 2009. She specializes in SEO marketing, link-building, search engine submissions, and keyword research. Furthermore, she also does tons of other work for our clients and pushes herself to excel everyday. Her work has always been efficient and on-time.
Largely due to her punctuality and competence, she was able to help us meet dozens of clients’ deadlines and deliver great results. As a team, we really work well together to serve and excel.
Right now she continues to learn more about SEO marketing, so that she can do better each day in her area of expertise. He may be the shortest of us all, but he certainly isn’t the thickest! Back in Jan 2010 when Randy first joined, we thought… ‘what can a shorty like him possibly do?’… but… he proved us wrong. Not only is he good at his job, he also can handle a lot of workload and always finishes things on time.
His specialties are very similar to Mario’s, such as html, css, PHP, javascript and Jquery. His primary area of expertise is in programming and coding. He is an expert in site-heatmap recognition, where he finds out where people click the most on a webpage; and sometimes he also takes time to do designing and research.
Randy currently plays a key role in the programming squad, doing the foundational basic coding for a lot of clients’ sites. After that, it gets passed on to other coders for checking and advanced synchronizations. Without Randy, our ground level would be unstable. We hope to continue to see great work from him in years to come.

I’d have to say Arnel is the nicest staff on board with the friendliest personality. Arnel hopped on board roughly around the same time as Elaine, in 2009. His commitment has really boosted our company’s performance and he has given a real helping hand around the place. He was always motivated to do hard work and wasn’t afraid to try new things.
Our CEO appointed him to specialize in video and podcast marketing, content creation, social bookmarking, and RSS feed submission. Despite the demands of these jobs, Arnel pushed on and coped well with them all. He flew in rank and is now the head of the SEO squad, overseeing all kinds of work associated with SEO marketing.
Currently he is managing all the SEO squad’s work alongside the CEO of Digitized Marketing. Above that, he has tons of work on his hands that he juggles with care and balance. Each day he strives to learn more about SEO, improve his skills and master techniques to help the company satisfy more clients everyday!
